Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a non-stick pan.

Add the finely chopped onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan.

Stir and cook the onions on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes until soft.

Pour in 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes until the cauliflower is tender but still has a bite.

Tips
