In a bowl, marinate the minced pork with half of the light soy sauce and half of the pepper.

In a separate bowl, combine the remaining light soy sauce, remaining pepper, oyster sauce, chilli sauce, the remaining half of the garlic oil, and 2 tbsp of water to make the sauce.

Heat the pan with the remaining garlic oil.

Add the minced pork to the pan and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes until cooked.

Add the snow peas and pour the prepared sauce over the mixture.

Cover with a lid and cook for 1.5 to 2 minutes. For a crunchier texture, cook for 1.5 minutes; for a softer texture, cook for 2 minutes.
