Easy Black Pepper Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry

Marinate the sliced chicken breast with salt, freshly ground black pepper, light soy sauce, cornflour, baking soda, and 2 tsp oil. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add the marinated chicken and pan fry on high to medium-high heat for around ming 5 minutes until browned and soft. Remove chicken to a plate.

Add the remaining oil to the pan and add broccoli florets. Season with a little salt and pepper, then stir fry on high heat for a minute.

Move the broccoli to one side of the pan. Add the chopped garlic and spring onion whites, then sauté for 1 minute.

Add the sliced onions and cubed red bell peppers. Stir fry on medium heat for around 2-3 minutes before adding the fried chicken back into the pan.
