Prepare the rice: wash 90g of raw rice, add 120 ml of water and 1/2 tbsp of sake, then cook.

Prepare the sauce: mix miso, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, ketchup, chili powder, and a dash of Ajinomito in a bowl.

Prep vegetables: finely chop 50g of onion and 1-2 cloves of garlic.

Cook the pork: heat 1 tsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the pork and cook until the surface becomes crispy, then remove from the pan.

Sauté onions: in the same pan, add 1 to 2 tsp of cooking oil. Add garlic, ginger paste, and onion. Sauté over low to medium heat until the onion gets some color.

Cook the eggs: add 2 tsp of cooking oil to the pan. Pour in the beaten eggs and mix lightly over high heat to make fluffy eggs. Once cooked, change to medium heat.
