Simmer the broth for 1 hour.
🔥 simmer⏱ 1 hour
- 4
Prepare the serving bowls with rice noodles, sliced rotisserie chicken, and green onions.
- 5
Pour the hot broth over the noodles and chicken to reheat the meat.
Tips
- If you don't have mushroom seasoning, chicken bouillon works just as well.
- If the chicken has been in the fridge for a day and hardened, slicing it thinly and pouring hot broth over it will reheat it to a melt-in-mouth texture.
- The spices are kept minimal so the chicken flavor can speak for itself.
