Peel the century eggs and slice each into halves, then into 1/4 slices. Arrange the slices in a circle on a plate.
💡 The yolk is super sticky, so be extra gentle when slicing.

Add a little oil to a pan on medium heat. Roast the peppers until the skin is soft and blistered (tiger skin). Let them cool, then slice into strips and place in the middle of the plate.
💡 Rotate the peppers when you see the skin starts to blister.

In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, salt, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, chili oil, and sesame oil. Mix well until the sugar has dissolved.
